If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the “Notices” or individually, a “Notice”) respectively shall be published on Monticello Sports or the media by the ORGANISER and/or Venue Owner or its PR Representatives.

Any refunds made by Monticello Sports shall only be processed out of sums held by Monticello Sports for the ORGANISER, as authorised by the prior written agreement made with the ORGANISER. The refundable amount is based on ticket price only, exclusive of any Processing fees and GST. The refund amount will be made on a pro-rated basis (“Pro-rated Amount”) in accordance with the amount of the said sum held by Monticello Sports and the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. Monticello Sports shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the Pro-rated Amount under any circumstances.

Monticello Sports shall not be liable and is under no obligation to make any refund at all in the event the ORGANISER did not pay in advance the said sum to Monticello Sports.

The Notices shall advise the correct procedure for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder can request a refund.

Refunds will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of the Notice. Such un-refunded sums shall be dealt with at Monticello Sports’s sole discretion.

In the event of a cancellation, all tickets purchased shall be refunded to the Ticket Buyer via Online Bank Transfer only. The Ticket Buyer shall submit a photocopy of their NRIC/passport and produce other valid supporting documents for the ticket refund. (Refunded amount is based on clause #1)

The Processing Fee(s), SST, and the Additional Courier Charges (Subject to shipment address) are not refundable.
